If you love the company of older people and enjoy getting out and about, Campbelltown Home Support Program is looking for you.

Get Connected Social Host

If you would like to join this vibrant team of volunteers who make a difference to the community by accompanying eligible participants to various engaging and meaningful activities.  The program is for independent people and aims to support happy and healthy lifestyles and encourages lifelong learning.

Baking Coordinator/Café Assistant

Volunteers assist the Social Options coordinator with planning of menu, general kitchen duties, including food preparation and maintaining clean working area to deliver flexible catering options for customers at the Community Hub Cafe, 170 Montacute Road, Rostrevor.

Transport and Shopping

Volunteers assist with transport to various locations, medical specialists, dentist, physiotherapy, doctors appointments, exercise classes and clubs.

Volunteers also provide assistance by taking clients to the shops, carrying shopping or shopping from a list on a fortnightly basis.

Clients make a contribution to the program for this transport and drivers are reimbursed for their vehicle expenses.

This services helps our clients live independently in their homes.
