Neighbours in over 6,800 Australian suburbs currently use Nabo to:

  • Get to know their neighbours
  • Find the best coffee in the area
  • Share reliable tradie recommendations
  • Find a trustworthy babysitter
  • Ask for help to find a lost pet
  • Sell household items they no longer need
  • Give away items for free from fridges to plants
  • Share available local jobs
  • Plan a street party or neighbourhood BBQ

Nabo is about building stronger communities and safer suburbs. Nabo is about inclusion, belonging and looking after the people closest to you.

You might be wondering where it all began...

Here’s a note from Adam Rigby, Founder and CEO, about why he started Nabo:

When I grew up on the Northern Beaches of Sydney everyone on my street knew each other. That was more than 30 years ago and a lot has changed since then.

Today we are busier than ever. Social isolation, loneliness and a clack of connection is being felt around the country.

Here at Nabo, we believe that being connected to your community, helping your neighbours and getting out and about in your local area are keys to feeling happier, safer and living healthier.

By making it easier to meet and chat with our neighbours, everyone can live an enriched and fulfilling life in their neighbourhood.
