The State Government is currently inviting feedback on draft regulations for Development Assessments.

The State Government is transitioning to a new Planning and Development System.

As part of this process, new Development Assessment Regulations and Practice Guidelines have been drafted and the Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure is seeking your feedback on these proposed Regulations.
